A full transformation journey. Ten sessions create lasting change — in your body, your breath, and how you move through the world.
Sessions take place in-home (your location or mine) in Sydney. Travel fees may apply beyond 10 km from Bondi.
Semi-Private Sessions

Share the experience with someone you love. Semi-private sessions are capped at 5 people — intimate enough for personalised guidance, social enough to make it special. All sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
