Kids Yoga

Yoga for Little Ones

Playful, calming yoga that helps children build focus, confidence, and a lifelong friendship with their bodies.

Big Feelings, Little Bodies

A joyful start to a lifelong practice

Children today carry more than they used to. Busy schedules, big emotions, and more screen time than any of us grew up with. Yoga gives them simple, joyful tools to come back to themselves, to breathe when they feel overwhelmed, to move with confidence, and to feel at home in their bodies.

As a mum and a yoga teacher, this work is close to my heart. My classes are playful and story led, full of animals, adventures and giggles, with calm woven gently through. Children barely notice they are learning to focus, self regulate, and build resilience. They just know it feels good.

My Mission

“To unlock the potential in every child, so they believe in themselves and shine their light into the world.”

Common Questions

FAQs

What ages is kids yoga for?

Classes are designed for children aged roughly 3 to 12, grouped by age so every child is met where they are. Programs and parties are tailored to the specific age range attending.

Does my child need any experience?

None at all. Kids yoga is playful, story led, and completely non competitive. Every child is welcome exactly as they are, and there is no right or wrong way to join in.

What should my child wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes they can move in, and a water bottle. Mats are provided, or children are welcome to bring their own if they prefer.

Do parents stay during class?

For our youngest practitioners, parents are warmly welcome to stay. For older children, classes can be a happy drop off. This is always discussed and confirmed beforehand.

How do school programs work?

School programs run as either ongoing term blocks or one off incursions, delivered on site and shaped around your students, timetable, and wellbeing goals. Get in touch to design something for your school.

How do kids yoga parties work?

I come to your venue or home and lead a themed yoga adventure with games, movement, breathing and a calm wind down. Duration and group size are tailored to the age group. Reach out and we will plan the perfect celebration.
